Appointments:

We recommend scheduling appointments at least 3 days in advance to guarantee availability. However, we encourage you to check with us, as we may be able to accommodate you on short notice. For spa services consisting of two or more services, spa packages, or more than one person from the same party, we require a 20 % credit card deposit to reserve the time.

Walk – in

You’re welcome! However, we cannot guarantee the services because our schedules are unpredictable. Be sure to call us and make an appointment.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

We request a minimum 12 hours notice for regular appointments, two or more scheduled services. And 24 hours notice for during holidays. You will be charged 100 % of deposit that reserves the time, If cancellation made less than 12 hours in advance or “no show”

Arrival Time & Late Arrivals

We recommend that you should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled start time for paper check in. If you are late more than 15 minutes, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we reserve the right to finish our service on time, as scheduled. This allows the staff team to be on time for next services.

Spa Attire

You will be provided with a robe and slippers to wear during our spa for two services or more For massage session, we prepare a clean boxer shorts for you put on or cover sheets during the session.

Avoid bringing

Please leave your valuables (jewelry, luxury watch) at home. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen personal items or valuables.

Cell Phones & Pagers

As a courtesy to other spa guests, we kindly ask that cell phones and pagers be turned off in side the spa.

Gift Certificates / Gift Card

Our gift certificates & gift card are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Losing or missing gift certificates or gift card will not be replaced. Gift certificates or gift card are not redeemable after the expiration date indicated on the gift certificate. We accept gift certificates or gift card from SpaFinder and SpaWeek , please provide your certificate or gift card before you receive any services. Any gift certificate or gift card will be redeemed for all the value in one time and are not valid for gratuity and any products.
